| In the final game of the series, the Landsharks pounded the backend of the Apostle pitching staff, winning in a laugher 11-2. In the bottom of the first, Miles singled and Drew singled. Dunn followed with a 2-run double. Then Thames blasted a 1-6 HR to make the score 4-0 NLL. In the top of the third, Ichiro sliced one over the fence (1-14 HR) to make it 4-1, but that would be as close as Saint Gabriel would be all game. Werth crushed a straigth HR in the bottom of the frame to make it 5-1. Then in the fifth, the wheels came off. Napoli walked, Thames hit s 2BX single, Jacobs singled and Glaus jacked a BP HR to make it a 9-1 rout. ILL emptied their bench in the sixth and NLL tacked on a couple more runs to make the final 11-2. |

Troy Glaus went yard and had 3 RBI as the Normandy Lake Landsharks beat the
Saint Gabriel Apostles by a score of 11 to 2.
The game started off with Normandy Lake taking the lead in the first when they
scored 4 runs on 3 hits. The early run support proved sufficient for Bronson
Arroyo(1-0) and Normandy Lake. That was all the run support Arroyo required.
Normandy Lake had 15 hits for the afternoon while Saint Gabriel had 5.
Clayton Kershaw(0-1) ended up with the loss. He was knocked around by
Normandy Lake, allowing 9 hits and 5 walks in 4 innings.
