the whitecaps part 2

Well its been a little over a month since i posted on the blog. The Caps have been
active with one trade being made. The Caps acquired O.Perez from the Monkeys
for Molina and Saito. The dollars also acquired have bolstered the Caps treasury
for acquisitions. The Caps management has offered up several players in Figgins,
Polanco, and Guillen. So far no takers on anyone other than Molina and Saito.
The trade also frees up cap room for the Caps.

O.Perez was a good acquisition for the Caps,a young power pitcher for the forseeable future to go along with Vasquez and Verlander.

Also evaluating my team has caused me to rethink my plans for 09,10 and 11, which
is to probably to set some realistic goals for those seasons. Signing Verlander in
2010 will be a definite priority. Everybody else is fair game.
