Relievers at the Auction

So you are looking for someone that can fill up your bullpen?  Here's some information you might want to consider when placing that bid.

88 players rated as a relief pitcher.
25 are also rated as a starting pitcher.
22 are also rated as a closer 1+.
Six (Percival, Wilson, Lyon, RFA Wood, Ryan, RFA Cordero) players rated as a closer 5+.

Most pure relief innings -- Howell (89 IP)
Most GS out of a reliever -- Nolasco (32 GS)

29 have 80+ IP.
31 have 60-79 IP.
28 have less than 60 IP.

Average age of available rp -- 32.1 yrs
Average GS of available rp --- 4 GS
Average IP of available rp --- 74 IP

These rankings reflect my own crazy formula, tweaked yearly, that calculates the offensive and defensive value of a player's card and assigns a number to it.  I like good steal ratings and good running ratings.  All BP ratings were at 1-10.  And, if I had any TREASURY monies this year, you probably wouldn't be seeing this list :-).
