Joe Mauer hit 2 doubles and had 2 RBI as the Lebanon Lugnuts defeated the West
Huron Whitecaps by the score of 3 to 2 at Auto Zone Stdm (06).
 
The game was won by Lebanon with a run in the 8th inning.  Matt Holliday hit a
single.  Holliday took his lead and swiped second.  Justin Morneau then drew
a walk.  One out later, Joe Crede stepped up to the plate and he hit a
sacrifice fly.  Lebanon rapped out 7 hits for the afternoon.  
 
The winning pitcher was Tony Pena(2-1) who allowed no runs in 2/3 of an
inning. Dan Wheeler earned the save, his 5th.  Hiroki Kuroda(0-6) absorbed
the loss.
