Third baseman Alberto Callaspo had 3 base hits as the Burmese Blood Monkeys
topped the Saint Gabriel Apostles by a score of 4 to 2 at Ganzee Stadium
(02).

Hiroki Kuroda(2-5) earned his pay with a solid performance for Burmese. He
went 7 innings surrendering 3 hits and 1 walk and surrendered 2 homeruns
reducing his ERA from 4.81 to 4.50. Burmese had 8 hits for the game and
Saint Gabriel had 4.

Sean Burnett got the save, his 3rd. Clayton Kershaw(3-4) was the loser. The
win by Burmese is a very welcome one as they have been struggling in recent
days. Their record now stands at 33-45 - only 2-8 in their last ten games.
Jamie Imhoff was unhappy with his club's recent performance. 'We can't keep
losing games' he said. 'It gets to be embarrassing after a while.'
