The Snake Pit (08) as the Ridgecrest Rattlers beat the Saint Gabriel Apostles
8 to 1.
 
Ridgecrest drew first blood jumping out to an early lead in the first inning
as they scored 2 runs on 3 base hits.  That was all Pelfrey(4-4) needed.
Ridgecrest banged out 11 hits on the night.  
 
Johnny Cueto(2-5) was charged with the loss.  He got hit pretty hard, allowing
10 hits and 2 walks in 5 innings.  With this win, Ridgecrest has a 27-39
record.  They have been 4-6 lately.  Jamie Imhoff was pretty down after the
loss.  'We've really been sputtering along lately, something like 2-8 in the
last week or two.  That won't get it done.'
